You may exchange (for color or size) any item you have purchased through the LA ROMA website within thirty (30) days after the products are received.
In order to be an eligible for a return, the invoiced product must be unused and without damage to exterior, interior or labels.


The above policy applies only to products purchased on our website (www.laromacompany.com).

 

UPDATE/CANCEL AN ORDER

Order cancellation is not guaranteed. Make sure to verify the items you are ordering and your shipping information prior to placing your order.

If you ordered the wrong item, size, or entered the wrong shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible we cannot make any changes or cancel the order once the order is shipped from our facilities. We strive to ship orders as fast as possible, and and we cannot guarantee a successful delivery if the information provided is not correct.
 
We are not responsible for returned, damaged, lost, or stolen packages, nor are we responsible for incorrect addresses.
We ship our orders to the address provided at checkout. Incomplete or incorrectly addressed deliveries can be reshipped at the customer's added postage cost.

To ensure that every order is up to our high standard, orders are processed 1-3 business days after payment, Monday through Saturday. The delivery time usually is around 3-7 business days.
You can use the tracking number you receive once the order is shipped to follow the order status on our website or official shipping carrier website.
 
HOW QUICKLY CAN I GET MY ORDER?

We only ship your order once all the payment and delivery details have been approved. All charges for delivery will appear directly on your checkout page after you have selected your shipping address.

WHAT DUTIES AND TAXES WILL I HAVE TO PAY?

All orders shipped are already inclusive of VAT and customs duties by default in the shipping fees.

CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS ONCE MY ORDER HAS BEEN SENT ?

Unfortunately not, so please make sure you provide a suitable delivery address.
